Service requests
Submitting a request through this website asks Colvex Plumbing LLC to contact you about scheduling; it does not itself create a confirmed appointment. Arrival windows are confirmed by phone or text.
Pricing
Colvex quotes flat-rate pricing before work begins. The price you approve in writing is the price you pay for the approved scope. Changes in scope are quoted and approved before additional work proceeds.
Workmanship guarantee
Colvex workmanship is covered by a one-year workmanship guarantee from the date of service. If our workmanship fails within that period, we return and make it right at no charge. The guarantee covers our labor and workmanship; manufacturer warranties cover parts and equipment per their terms. It does not cover damage from misuse, unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, or work performed by others.
Licensing
Colvex Plumbing LLC operates under Responsible Master Plumber Joshua Campbell, License No. M-37980, regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
